Product: HP DesignJet T790 44-in Printer

Hi - my T790 printer has not bin running for a couple of month due to lac of color. 
Now started the printer - and it will not start. 
Following error code is displayed - see photos.
Anyone knows about a solution - hope so!

That is a service station error...open the window and have a look in the right hand side ..make sure there is nothing restricting the service station moving...

Hi Perthblue - nothing is restricting the service station moving. Maybe it is some electronic problem.
