My T790 will not load paper roll - in the display it keeps saying "Remove paper roll from sheet path" - but there is no paper in the path? What do I do? The printer will not take sheets anymore?

The paper sheet sensor is dirty ( probably dusty )so the printer wrongly thinks that there is paper loaded in the sheet path.
Use compressed air to clean a paper sheet sensor. The circle shows where is the sensor location, there should be a small cut or hole in the plastic.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
