Product: T795
Customer replaced the MK-Y Printhead because printer said it must be replaced. But same error with new printhead again.
Red X blinks. And under information there is no error number behind the # sign, you know.
What can you try.

There are noted issues with some revisions of firmware causing printhead rejection. This issue was addressed by release IG_10_04_00.1. I would confirm the firmware is up to date as a first step.
