Product: HP DesignJet T830 24-in Multifunction Printer

My T830 constantly jams with 20 or 24# paper and is hard to load.

Does it jam in a particular spot. One thing I have seen on occasion is either there are damaged starwheels or the starwheel lift motor is defective. The starwheel assembly is the metal bar with all the little "ninja" throwing stars on it. It is supposed to lift up while paper is loading.
