Issues with Hp T830 wide paper plotter. The  plotter now fails to scan, print, copy to USB, network folder. The  plotter hands  after scanning  paper. Cancelling the scan or print job equally fails.  Shutting  down the printer also fails unless while holding the  shutdown button for more more than 5 minutes. 

 

This is turned out to be a most horrible product from HP with  problems fro when the plotter was delivered. It was purchase brand new directly from HP.

 

Any Ideas on fixing these incessant problems

Is the firmware up to date on the product. Many fixes for discovered bugs are included with updates. Also, are there any errors in the error log?
