HP DesignJet T830 36-in Multifunction Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

DesignJet T830, PC running Win 10 64-bit..

When printing a PDF which is exactly 24x36" in landscape to a 36" roll, error message states there is a paper size mismatch. Error states current paper 913mm (which is correct) but required paper 924mm (which is not correct - it is 913mm). In Printer properties dialog, paper quality tab states under "Currently loaded paper" that printer information is not available (screen shot below)

My workaround is to manually change the orientation to portrait which is successful, but wastes a lot of paper and time, requiring trimming.  The files I am working with are simple line drawing maps.  I have updated to the most recent drivers.

The only thing that jumps out at me might be the possibility that because the document is 36" and the paper is 36" it does not believe there is enough room to print. Any option in your driver for edge to edge printing?

I have found that the issue seems to be Adobe related.  I can print 24x36 from the roll fine via ESRI ArcGIS.
