anyone - we randomly are getting this error 79:03 on our T930
after power cycling - we are able to plot fine
firmware is up-to-date: MRY_07_06_01.1
bios: AABFE01b
using all HP cartridges/printheads, etc.
any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
If it shows up randomly it could be because of a print job. I would check that you using a good print driver.
And also when you see it happen, which job was printed when it happened. Maybe it could be because of a corrupt document.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
