Hi
I got a DesignJet T125 printer - a peace of paper got stuck - I removed it - then I changed the black ink - but now the printer will not print.
Message is: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off then on. If the problem persists, contact HP.
There was no errorcodes. I have tried to turn it of - removed all cables - re-plugged them and re-startet the printer - but nothing helps.
Can sombody help me?

Remove the printhead and all supplies and start the unit with no supplies and wait for it to prompt for install of supplies and then follow instructions to reinsert supplies
