Product: HP DesignJet Z5200 44-in Photo Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to align the printheads on my HP DesignJet Z5200. I am able to successfully load a sheet of A3 paper in the landscape position. The message on the main screen however still says to "load paper for printhead alignment". I have tried removing and re-inserting all of the print heads, power cycling the machine, and re-loading the paper.

You might try a larger piece of paper.  Are you able to load a roll?  Does the printer come to "Ready" before you start the alignment?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
