HP Instant Printing 3.6 App

Hello,

 

I am trying to print a large document on the Designjet T1200 in my office. I am using the HP Instant Printing app version 3.6 and am getting this error message: "File cannot be printed." I am also not seeing a preview of the document in this window like I have in the past.

Here is an image of what the app looks like:

Any ideas as to why I am getting this message what I can do to fix this problem?

I have a DesignJet 500 and I am having the exact same issue with Instant Printing 3.6 - any updates?
