HP Designjet T7100
Microsoft Windows 11

I installed a 60-day trial license for the Smartstream printer software on my Designjet T7100. After the trial period expired, I bought a dongle license and installed it successfully. My problem is: When I start the Smartstream software, a pop-up window appears and I am reminded that the trial license expires in a week and that I should activate it. The purchased license, which is correctly installed and is shown as activated, also appears in the same window. To close this pop-up window, I have to click through and then click cancel. Smart Stream works, but this POP-up window is annoying. Can anyone tell me how to fix this error? The 60-day trial license had to be installed on the printer via a firmware upgrade. Can this trial license be removed from the printer? Thank you in advance for your support.
