Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unloading rolls without cause. Machine will load one roll and back out the other in the load process. Says its parked but has actually unloaded. Checked hubs, rewinders, paper adv calib, all checks are fine in diags. Tips?????
