We have a new Z9 Pro that our computer staff is attempting to scan (set up with certain security settings) before it can be fully added to our network. When he attempted to reset the time, it got stuck on a firmware update message, which does not ever go away, even after the printer is turned off and on. The message tells me to download a firmware update to a USB drive. Cannot do that for security reasons. This plotter could not have contacted any sites because it can't get out to the Internet until the scan is done. We had a tech here to finish the setup but the plotter/printer was not even plugged in to an EtherNet port.
So we need to unstick this so we can finish configuring the security for the printer.
