Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I cannot update my firewall. Usually i use cartridge 711, and now they sold to me cartridge 711b but i cannot use it because it told me to update the firewall. But at the same time, i try to update but I can't. Can any ody show/told me how to update it? Thanks in advance.
