We have an issue with slow spooling from AutoCAD / Civil 3D to the HP Designjet T3500 A0 plotter in our office.
When plotting an A0 drawing in AutoCAD it generally takes approx. 7 minutes just to spool the plot before its sent to the plotter over the network. In this time AutoCAD is unusable as its locked on the spooling print queue. 
We have the latest firmware loaded on the plotter and also the latest drivers installed on the PCs but its made no difference.
The plotter supplier is now saying it's an AutoCAD issue!?
Is this spooling time 'normal'? I'm sure in my previous workplace the plot used to spool in about 20 secs before going to plotter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i think the latest  windows update cause the problem
