Designjet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

If I try to print a test page during  install or from the Windows printer properties

  • it says the page was sent,
  • I can see the page flash through the Windows printer status window.
  • BUT nothing comes out of the printer.

Is this a new install or a reinstall? Has the device ever worked? This type of behaviour is often due to a wrong driver being selected during install or possibly the printer being programmed to only print jobs coming from a particular IP address if network connected. Job storage might be an issue but I am not sure that the 120 series even supports that.
