White screen issue on our used DesignJet T1200

Design Jet T1200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We purchased a used Design Jet T1200 and the Screen is white when we turn it on. So. We can't get anything 

to work properly. Please Help?

Make sure the harddrive has not been removed. Common on resale, drive is removed for security. Look for a standard laptop style 2.5 inch drive mounted to the formatter, which is the pull out card that the network cable plugs into, located on the upper back left side. Unplug power cord, loosen the two screws and pull straight up on the card.
