Product: HP DesignJet T630 36-in Printer

I have a new Designjet T630 at work and we are having trouble installing the driver because of an error message, so in the meantime I'm trying to use eprint. I can get a job to the printer this way and it prints on the rolls instead of from the feeder, but my PDF is only 8 1/2 x 11 in one corner of the roll. How can I tell it to print a PDF full size?

just tried a banner that is 36 x 78 inches in landscape orientation, but instead of recognizing that it should print longways, the printer showed an error that paper size didn't match because it's not 78 inches wide. I hit print anyway to see what would happen and it just printed the middle of the banner.
