I use the HP Instant printing app but it's tricky - sometimes some lines are missing. I'm going to try the HP Design Jet 500 driver next.

Use the HP DJ 500 plus driver. Still available on HP here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Designjet-500-Printer-series/25301/model/1834668.

 

But you'll have to fidle around like this:

The link given by Rasheddul is not a driver, but just something to fix a driver. So useless. It does give link to the HP instant printing, but that's notha driver either, but a program to print pdfs to HP printers.
