Product: Designjet 1050c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just installed a driver that works on windows 10 for a designjet 1050c. I installed this on a desktop and on a laptop and they both work just fine.

Go to hp software and drivers and change the O/S to windows 7 64 bit, download the basic driver for a designjet 5500 and install it manually on your windows 10 system for the Designjet1050c..... IT WORKS..!!!!!

Thanks for posting this work around!  I had an IT tech look sideways at me when I told him he could load the 5500 driver and use it for a T1200 printer.  Worked just fine.   Also used it on a 1050 model and no problems.   

 

Again, thanks for posting this.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
