The update that caused the issue ends in 59 or 60. Your computers 'winver' determines which update you receive. The updates were done in July but may may not have taken affect until you rebooted your computer.

....You may know this already but I think this update:     kb4567512  (For:    Win 10 versions 1903/1909;   LINK BELOW)    will undo the problem(s) caused by update KB4560960.  (There may be another problematic Win 10 update besides this one; this is the only one I am familiar with.)

 

I used this update KB4567512 to resolve printing problems for Win 10 version 1903/1909 laptops at a customer's office.

 

Just in case, These are the "corrective"? updates for these Win 10 versions:
