HP DesignJet Z2100 24-in Photo Printer

Hi, I had a designjet z2100 given to me. Replaced the carriage belt pulley as it was broken.  Booted up fine, tested the printheads, cleaned and now all good. Switched it off yesterday,  but when switched on today, finishes the start up process and goes to error code 79-03.  What can I do to solve this ?

disconnect all cabling.  Wait 2 minutes and then only attach the power cord and see if the device starts up.  This error is related to the firmware and if it comes to ready when disconnected from a computer, you want to update the firmware right away.

Thanks for the reply.

I did try doing that unfortunately didn't work for me.

I read on a forum, make sure cables are firmly fitted in the front display panel.  I did this and it booted up with no issues, so far. Maybe just coincidence or that did solve it.

Just a thought, but if it can't boot up, is there a way to update the firmware  ?
