HP DesignJet Z3100ps GP 44-in Photo Printer

I am sure this is not a new question, but I new problem for me!

My designjet Z3100 starts OK with a FSCK and works well for around an hour and then errors out with a out with a 0.1.10 error.

It has had a new factor suppied Print Mech PCA board fitted and worked fine for a while, but now this? I have tried changing the battery in the formatter but without any joy.

I can't get my head around why it can start OK? Logic tells me that the PCA board is OK otherwise it would not work at all,

Can anyone please help?

That it starts with a drive check suggests that the harddrive might be the problem.

Thanks for your reply. Is it as easy as ordering a new hard drive?
