Hello

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a Z3200ps Q6720A. It's Firmware is TR12-RB_15.0.0.2

I understand there's a later firmware update (TR12-RB_16). I'm having issues with jobs that are sent to print (colours are wrong regardless of the computer or OS used - only been happening the last 48hours. Printer itself is fine, so not a printing issue. Previously stored jobs print perfectly) I am hoping a firmware update will sort it.

When I go to the software/drivers page on the HP website there are driver updates but no firmware updates available for the Z3200ps.

Can anybody advise/point me in the right direction please?

It depends on the OS you choose. I have checked for WIN 10 and firmware is available for download:

Many thanks for your help. Firmware updates didn't seem to show using a Mac but were all available with Windows.
