HP DesignJet Z5200 44-in Photo Printer

Hi, I am having issues with my printer not moving past the error "Ink cartridge faulty. Replace ink cartridge" for Y. I have changed ink cartridges twice. I cannot do any other clean or test in the software as the interface keeps coming back to this error. Steps I have taken so far. 1. Turn machine on/off. 2. Turn machine off and remove all ink cartridges. Turn machine on and replace all cartridges. 3. Cleaned all sensor contacts on machine and cartridge. 4. Cleaned via software the printheads. 

 

Any suggestions please. Thanks in advance. Pete
