Hi Humayun2019

1st - Go to the HP Support website and download the latest Firmware.

Put that FW on a USB memory stick (should be an FMW file extension)

insert the USB into the front panel and initialize the printer  - The printer should recognize the FW and install it.

If that does not work, try reseating the Formatter board (back left on printer)

A 79:04 error is a generic error that has no description - all the Service Manuals say that you should update the firmware as the issue may have been resolved.

Observe exactly when the error occurs (how long into the initialization). This could help determine the issue as well.

Also, on the Formatter board there are  3 LED lights ( marked   I   II   III ) what are they doing when the error occurs?

Lit - Not Lit - Flashinig. These can also help us troubleshoot the issue.

Good Luck

Roy K
