Operating System: macOS 14.0 Sonoma

wouldn't initialize past 94% so I cleaned the printheads. slid the carriage back, it initialized all the way but said replace/reseat a printhead. I tried to move the carriage over but it is stuck on the Service Station floating spring loaded blotter parts. I found out by looking in from the window and removing the rt side cover. what to do now?

Did you use the front panel menu to select the "change printhead" function?  Using that will move the carriage out and let you access the printheads.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
