Product: HP DesignJet Z6200 60-in Photo Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

We are using the Z6200. Since last week the software starts, but the Interface is not open. (See Screenshot please)

The printer is seen, if I use the browser - so it is not offline ;-((

 

We are using Win 10 - 22H2, Build 19045.2846, last updates are KB5025221 and KB5025915 - Is this the reason?

My FW Admin tells me, that the client software is closing the session...

I have reinstalled the software, but no change

 

Any suggestion are welcome - THX
