Condensed version as follows.

Original issue : Contacts in carriage peeled off and printer just kept saying to reseat printhead. Ordered carriage assembly, Replaced carriage assembly, did electronics test on the carriage after install to make sure nothing was missed. and it failed on the last test. results are as follows

SOL sensor not detectable using this test right now

Trying to access Tetris

Tetris OK

ALL 6 pens present

all 6 pen communication OK

PEN 0 CSIO fails

 Test failed

I went ahead and started it up and reinstalled the printheads, all installed with no issue. went to service to do the line sensor calibration and that is where it got a bit odd. everything looks as if its progressing fine. I get the RGB values and when i push OK it says calibrating and then fails 86:5:46 code

ALSO

when I try to test print I get the message

No jobs can be Printed

An Ink cartridge or printhead needs replacement

check status and replace to continue

all ink and printhead status' are checked with no issue showing.

I have attached pictures of each screen.
