HP Z9
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I have an issue with my Z9: even after multiple ICC profile creations, I have a huge magenta shift.  My photos cannot be well printed (I'm using CANSON BARYTA PRESTIGE paper)

Did someone already face this kind of issue ?

How can I change ICC profile ?

Thanks

Can you print the diagnostic page from the printers reports menu, scan and pos here?

Have you tried printing from another computer? The diagnostic print from the photo looks fine.

Hello

No i did no test: I have only one computer with a calibrated screen.

So I tried again from a basic portable in Srvb, I changed all the inks, same issue..

After contacting HP support, they told me to replace some printer head, even if they are 'ok' in the plot file...

if your printer has utility to create your own icc profile for different medias, do it..... the mosy accurate one.

Myself using Z3200 with 12 pigmented inks & I have about 6 icc profiles I made  for different canvas, photo papers etc
all quite good & customers were very pleased....

If  you use only standard SRGB, icc profile,  make sure you loaded the media   , then calibrate  .. for example,
if you had an unknown   mat canvas,    then you pick the hp mat canvas, then to calibrate it.... when print, use

the hp mat canvas icc profile... this way, always worked out very closely.....

custom make icc is the best way, explore it with utility program....
