Product: designjet Z5400

When I try to print pdf files to the designjet, many of the graphics are usually omitted.  I typically have to select my pdf file and save as a picture to print it correctly, but then the image isn't as clear because of the size that is being printed.  I fell like I should be able to print pdf files without a problem.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

 

There are 2 options to correct the problem

 

1- Flatten the image and then save it as PDF

2- From Adobe reader go to File > Print > Advanced > Check Print as Image > print your file
