Product: designjet 5500ps
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Cutter is not working even if I print a demo

Cutter is on in front panel

TUR  installed no

Margins set to normal

disable automatic cutter turned off in HP-GL/2 driver

Hp memory is in use

Last time I printed cutter worked fin, Printer has been sitting for about 4 months

found the problem ....

I had selected for paper type as "other" when I changed back to HP heavyweight coated

cutter and feed worked fine
