I have 2 new to me and in box designjet 130nr printers.  I have one set up and when I plug in the USB my computer recognizes the printer, but when I try to print anything, it goes to the print que, but then I get an error (no code it just says error under status). Nothing prints, I can print the printer information page from the printer directly, but if i send anything from my computer to the printer nothing prints and i get the Status:Error in the print que.

 

I have tried resetting the printer spooler, I have installed the drivers from windows for this printer, I have deleted and re-installed the drivers 15 or more times.  At this point they are just big paperweights . I was hoping to use these in my classroom to print posters and have my students print their digital artwork but all these things do is take up valuable space and I am getting frustrated with trying to get these things to print.  

 

Hopefully someone can help me with this

HP Recommended

Windows 11 and 130nr close to impossible, any chance you have an older computer with WIN 7 that will work perfectly.
