hp designjet t2500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, on my designjet t2500 I change the head and it does not take it, I already have 3 heads bought and it is like he breaks them, at first he wants to install them but later he tells me to change the head, I already purge the pipes just in case and it's the same , and no error appears, only that I cannot install the head and logically it does not let me print or scan. Thanks

There is a known issue with printhead rejection, you must ensure you have to most current firmware installed. Go to support.hp.com and download and install the current firmware.
