Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I am fixing a designjet t2530 that have an error message of "paper jam in stacker. Open stacker window and remove paper". There is no paper jam.

 

1) So i took off the stacker to see if there is a sensor block or something, but nothing. 

2) I replace the valves motors, no change.

3) I replace the stacker, but still same message.

I am out of option, the firmware is update.

Could it be "DC controller"?
