designjet t3500 scanner prob

One inch area on the scan, has dark lines and voids in the scan direction.

Have thoroughly cleaned the scanner and rollers and run the scanner calibration sheet.

Have changed full set of scanner contact sensors - no luck

Checked connections to scanner processing board - no luck

Any suggestions?area of missing data

Does it does the same while copying?

Did you try any type of reset?

Same issue copying or scanning.

Machine has been reset to factory.

Hi, did you try an EEROM Reset ?
