Good afternoon Please tell me when the device boots up, error 0075-0005-0059 immediately appears on the screen (Ramps motor suddenly stops or fails during operation) on HP DesignJet T2600. The motor has been checked, it is working, what could be the problem???

Look for something jamming the ramps. Did you confirm the motor using the onboard diagnostics?

Good afternoon! We checked everything, we didn't find anything. Yes, the engine was checked, it works.
