hola tengo un plotter hp t2300 y me sale ese erro 08.11 y no pasa del 1% . en mi formattter la luz 1 esta encendida y la segunda parpadea y y la tercera apagada. Que solucion hay no se que hacer ?? gracias escucho soluciones

Please, open the service manual below, page 73 and check the correct leds sequence for identify the error:
