Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I am troubleshooting a Designjet T120 that have an error code on a blue screen. The code is BA5F29B2. Any idea about the problem? or a way to troubleshoot?

Defective USB drive with the firmware, location mainboard, you can find them on eBay.

when the code appears exactly?  can you try to start the plotter without the network cable?
