Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Designjet T 790 will suddently not load roll or sheet. Any time I try the display says: remove paper from sheet holder.
Never done that before, and I have been using the printer for 2 years now.

Kind Regards Ole

If it things that there is a sheet loaded the OOPS sensor might be sticking. This is a sensor in the paper path that detects when there is paper loaded from any source. You will want to go into the diagnostics and test all the sensors.
