Hi Dear:
I cant update firmware designjet T790 i found this error 

Update has failed. two possible reasons:
invalid file .
not enough space available to install the firmware.

The file is correct, but the hard disk contains multiple versions of previous firmware

How can I format the hard disk or clear the previous versions to be able to install the latest version?
