Product: z2100

Доброго времяни суток!

Проблема следующая : имееться плотер z 2100 без жесткого диска;

имеються hdd 2,5(500 гб) и 3,5(250гб) от компьютера. В данный момент ошибка 08:11.

Вопросы:

1 . Могу ли я установить и запустить плотер с помощью hdd от пк ? если нет то какой нужен?

2 . если да то какая файловая система должна быть ?(fat 32?)

3 . как закачивать прошивку и какую ставить?

привет, Николай, для этой модели вам нужно купить диск из HP, потому что он готов к работе и не переустанавливается. Вы не можете поставить любой диск, потому что нет программного обеспечения для работы.
