Hp designjet t2300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The paper orientation for hp deisgnjet t2300 keep printing in portrait direction even when my setting already set to landscape.

Not sure why. Please advice.

Have you disabled the "Auto rotate" feature on the properties page?  Sometimes it gets checked and not noticed.

 

If you're certain "Auto rotate" is unchecked then you might have to look at the size of the drawing itself.  If it's too big for the margins HP puts in, you may have to shrink the drawing just a tad to keep it within the margins.

 

What program are you printing from?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
