error. The Engine PCA I changed was brand new, this time it shows an additional error:

0x10201008 unavailableHorsburgh0: Cpu0 assert in Thread: tRpc0Cpu0port0 (internal 6).

and also: threadx-opt/elektra/hal/lowlevel/Asic/Bus/AsicBus.cpp

Has anybody ever had this problem?

Hello @A7med_1976 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

The error code 01.1:10 on HP DesignJet T790 indicates a problem that can typically be addressed by restarting the printer. Here are the steps you should follow to resolve this issue:

  1. Restart the Printer:

    • Turn off the printer using the power button.
    • Wait for about 30 seconds to ensure that the printer completely shuts down.
    • Turn the printer back on.
  2. Check for Firmware Updates:

  3. Contact HP Support:

    • If restarting the printer does not resolve the issue, or if the error reappears, consider contacting HP Support for further assistance.

It’s important that issues like this are addressed to avoid prolonged downtime and ensure the smooth operation of your printer.
