Product: hp latex 64 cutter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

over the last few months, my hp latex 64 cutter has list it's mind. It will cut just fine for a while and then it loses it's **bleep** and I have to reload firmware, reboot it 1000 times... light incense around it... pray to the cutter gods, whatever.....

 

and then it will work fine for a month or 6 weeks.  then it all goes to hell again.... like today.. I have a large order of sticker that  need to be done. 4" circles.  4 up (2 up and 2 down). the circles are kiss cut and I have a perf cut set for a square around them.

 

Normally, it works just fine..... but occasionally on jobs like this, The cutter loses it's mind and either wont read the barcode, reads it wrong and cuts everything all messed up, or just does whatever it wants.

 

Then I have to sped days reloading the firmware over and over and over and over and over... and then it works again perfectly  for a while... and then... without explanation,  it  **bleep**s the bed again.... and the I have to rinse and repeat.

 

I need a resolution to this....
