Replacing the duplex diverter assembly, A7W93-67056, would be the next troubleshooting step.

Error 61.B5.13: The duplex diverter motor stalled while moving towards the airflow assembly.

  1. Open the left door and check behind the duplex guide for any paper, paper remnants or other debris. Remove any paper or debris found.

  2. Close the left door and press Ok.

  3. If the error persists, turn the printer off, then on, and send a duplex print job.

  4. If the error persists, please contact customer support.

After opening the left door, the left duplexer can be pulled out of the printer to clear jams. The left duplexer remains attached to the printer, but can be completely removed by releasing the left duplexer latch on the rear duplexer mounting rail. The duplex assembly also serves as an ink-collection unit for the printhead (termed the service fluid container).
