hp smart can't find printer on the same network

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart cannot find my DesignJetT100 24-in printer that is on the same network. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer as well as resetting the WiFi connection. Please help. Thank you!

The HP Smart app supports HP consumer printers, not such class as an HP Designjet commercial printer.

 

You would need to install your printer software from HP Support, any of its latest software can be downloaded below, see the Software-Utility  section
