Where did you get that link from?

 

Old firmwares are removed and can't be accessed anymore.

That is the only available link.

You can run an automatic firmware update from the printer.

Sometimes HP Support site is temporary down for maintenance.

 

Just try it again and download from the next link:

Click on "Download Now" button
