Hi Friends

new problem on my T1100 with her seconf life....

I have this message "incorrect loading, remove paper", but there is no paper in the printer.

the only way i have is "discharging paper" by the menu, but at the end of the procédure, the message stay there.

Likely a bad sensor, typically in the paper path. If you look from the back there the paper loads you can see a flag in the path where paper loads from the roll. There are also test routines in the service menus you can run to determine sensor status. Finding as service manual you can download will be a big help. Trying googling it, there are website that offer manuals.
