When we try to plot large (in size and complexity) PDFs, everthing happens as if it's going to print, long spooling time, says it's printing, paper feeds and cuts the paper, never prints anything. No errors reported.
Have latest driver (Feb 2017), tried it with and without print as image checked. Happens with several computers in the office (it is cumbersome to try it on all the computers as it takes forever to spool then wastes 4' of paper each time). If we have the document in the original format, autocad for instance, it can be printed directly from there, but not if it's made into a pdf first.
Any ideas?

Try the HP Designjet instant printing tool.
You can download it from the HP website in the driver section of your HP Designjet.
It is free and it processes the PDF file and then send it to the printer.

Hi. I have the same problem with my HP desingnjet T520!
Spooling stops at "130KB" when i tried to print a 14MB PDF file (l 1840 mm x w 840 mm).
It start with 128 KB spool file, next 129KB and the end send to the printer, but do a blank sheet of l 1840 mm x w 840 mm (my preset).
I am using Win 10 up to date, and with the last driver HPGL2 from HP. I also tried with Win 7, but nothing change.
HP designjet T520 works fine on my macbook OSX 10.9.5. I can print the same file. (today i printed 10 x PDF files of 14MB circa, no issue). I tried with the same setting, with adobe acrobat Reader DC.
